Yes free. I get to pick the size (about 12" dia) I get to pick the spot on body (prob on left or right thigh, outter). I get to pick the date and time of appt. I get to decide coloring scheme (prob black and grey, depends on how im feeling that day). The above is not negotiable. Why am I giving this tattoo away? I always wanted to tattoo it and the chances of someone bringing me this exact design is close to none. TIP's are welcome though :) ps; first come first serve and please text only and only text me once. If you dont hear back from me then you were not first.
